Spron is run by Mert Can Eyriyer. These terms apply when you use the Spron website or the Spron service. By starting a trial or paying for a subscription, you agree to them.

What the service does

Spron researches topics for your website, writes articles about them, and sends those articles to your site. It also reports how your site appears in search results and in AI assistant answers.

Every article goes through automated quality checks before it is published. An article that fails a check is held back rather than published, so the number of articles you receive in a given month can vary.

Features described as "coming soon" on our website are not part of the service today, and you should not subscribe on the expectation that they will arrive by a particular date.

The free trial

The trial lasts 3 days from the moment you create your account. It does not require a payment card. During the trial you get your site analysis, your topic plan, and at least your first article.

The trial ends automatically. It does not turn into a paid subscription unless you choose to subscribe.

One trial per website and per person. We may end a trial early if it is being used to extract work without any intention of subscribing, or in a way that breaks the rules below.

Payment and renewal

The subscription is $99 per month, charged in advance, and renews every month on the same date until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are.

If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account, in one click. No email or phone call is required.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops. Refunds are covered on our refunds page.

Your content and your site

You own the articles Spron produces for you. You can edit, keep, or delete them.

You are responsible for what is published on your website, including anything Spron sends there. We strongly recommend reviewing articles before they go live, and the service supports this. If your business is in a field where published claims carry legal or safety consequences — such as health, finance or law — you should have a qualified person review every article.

You confirm you have the right to let us access and publish to the website you connect.

Facts you approve

Spron will only make claims about your business that you have approved in your account. You are responsible for those claims being true. We are not able to verify them for you.

Rules of use

• Don't use Spron for a website you do not own or manage.
• Don't use it to produce content that is illegal where you or your readers are.
• Don't resell the service as your own without a written agreement with us.
• Don't try to break, overload, or work around limits in the service.

If any of these are broken, we may suspend or close the account. Where the situation allows it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee any ranking position, traffic level, revenue, or that any search engine or AI assistant will mention your business. Search results are controlled by third parties whose systems change without notice.

The service is provided as it is. We aim to keep it running, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of errors.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic, or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Spron at any time by cancelling. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately if the rules of use are broken. If we end it without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and disputes go to the courts of Istanbul, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
