Cancelling and refunds

Last updated 12 August 2026

Cancel during the 3-day trial and you are never charged.

After that: $99 per month, cancel any time in one click from your account.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the month you are in.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in to your Spron account.
  2. Open Settings → Billing.
  3. Click Cancel subscription.

That's the whole process. You don't need to email us, call anyone, or explain why. You'll get a confirmation email straight away — if you don't, write to [email protected] and we'll cancel it by hand.

The free trial

The trial is 3 days and does not ask for a payment card. It ends on its own. Nothing is charged unless you decide to subscribe after it.

What happens when you cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. Articles already scheduled in that period are still written and delivered. After that date, no further charge is made and article production stops.

The articles we already produced are yours. They stay on your website and you can keep, edit or delete them.

Refunds

Monthly payments are not refunded for the part of the month you don't use, because the work for that month is produced and delivered across it.

We do refund in these cases:

Ask by emailing [email protected] from the address on the account. We answer within 3 working days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 working days.

If you're in the EU or UK

You have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the service starts producing and publishing articles right away, you're asked to agree that delivery begins immediately when you subscribe — which means the withdrawal right ends once that work has been delivered. Any statutory right you have that cannot be removed by agreement is unaffected.

Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your bill, please write to us first. Almost every billing problem is a mistake we can fix the same day, and a chargeback takes weeks longer than an email.
