How articles are checked

Understand the checks and what you should still review.

SWritten by Spron TeamUpdated October 14, 2026

Spron checks an article's sources, relevance and content before marking it ready. The checks help catch problems; they do not replace your knowledge of your business.

What the checks look for

  • Whether the article answers the intended reader's question.
  • Whether factual claims have supporting source material.
  • Whether the article fits your business and approved brand details.
  • Whether it overlaps with content already planned or written.
  • Whether its links and structure are suitable for publishing.

An automated check cannot guarantee that every fact is correct or that an article will rank.

What happens if it is not ready?

Spron may attempt a repair or leave the article unfinished when it cannot complete the required checks. Review the article's actual status before treating it as ready to publish.

What you should review

Check your own prices, product capabilities, names and examples. Add details only your team knows, and correct anything that does not match your business.

An active integration can send newly ready articles automatically. Use draft delivery where supported, or keep the connection off if you need to review every article first.
