Start in Integrations. Open the connection that should receive the article and check Delivery history.
There is no delivery
Check that you are viewing the correct Spron site, the article is ready and the connection is active.
If the article was ready before you connected, use the send-pending action. Read the confirmation before sending several articles.
The result needs attention
Read the delivery details. Check that the destination address, credentials, permissions and required fields are still correct.
Look for the article in the destination before retrying. If it already exists, fix the connection's update behaviour rather than creating another copy.
Spron says sent, but I cannot find the page
Check the destination's drafts and the selected blog or collection.
For Zapier, open Zap history and inspect the later actions. For Notion, check the child page under your chosen parent. For a headless CMS, check that the website has a page template and reads the collection receiving the articles.
A successful delivery does not always mean a public page exists.
The page shows old content
Wait for your edit to save in Spron, then press Republish. Check that the receiver updates the same post by article ID.
If the CMS entry is current but the website is old, ask your developer to check the website cache or build process.
Images are missing
Check whether the destination saved the images or only kept temporary Spron links. See Keep article images.
Ask for help
