Connect Notion

Save each article as a page under a Notion page you choose.

SWritten by Spron TeamUpdated October 14, 2026

Spron sends each article to Notion as a child page. Sending to Notion does not make the page public.

Prepare the connection

  1. Create an internal connection in Notion.
  2. Give it Read content, Insert content and Update content permissions.
  3. Open the parent page where you want the articles.
  4. In that page's Connections menu, give your connection access.
  5. Copy the connection key and the parent page link.

Connect in Spron

  1. Open Integrations → Notion → Connection.
  2. Paste the parent page link into Destination page link.
  3. Paste the key into Connection key.
  4. Press Connect Notion as an owner or admin.

Choose a page, not a database or data source. Database property mapping is not part of this connection.

What arrives

The article title becomes the page title. Supported text, links, lists, tables and images become Notion blocks. Images are uploaded to Notion. Separate website SEO fields are not mapped.

Check and publish

Send one article and use Open in Notion in the delivery history to inspect it. Sent to Notion means it was saved there.

If you want a public Notion page, publish it in Notion yourself and check its public visibility. Spron does not turn that setting on.

Send edits

Edit in Spron and press Republish to replace the content of the same Notion page. Direct edits in Notion may be lost. If a page was moved, deleted or had its access changed, fix that before retrying.
